Industrial Engineering and Automation Manager 

What you’ll do:

•Support Launch and Automation Projects, managing assembly line developments, attend regional and global forums with product lines authorities.

•Validate line balancing and project designs, lead and execute PD activities, manage projects and resources, active participation on machine development events.

•Perform process audits, perform trainings and team development, manage the delivery of assembly line and support after sales.

What is required:

•Bachelor's degree in engineering with experience as an Industrial Engineer or Machine Build Manager.

•Expertise in developing, installing, and starting up production lines, machinery, and equipment.

•Proficient in project management, including cost and timeline tracking.

•Advanced proficiency in English (listening, writing, and speaking).

•Postgraduate or MBA qualification is a plus.
